  never tio before, but have heard of ppl tio before. Usually, just get fined.
  
  I have however, picked up a guy from DB before. His crime? Failing to turn up for IPPT. I think he did not heed repeated warnings though.

  What the hell is wrong with Singapore man?!! Charge the taxpayers?!! We pay taxes to government (indirectly pay the SAF), then they charge us?!! Then fine us, get more cash?!! Disrupting the male civilians' lives in the case of DB?!! This makes no sense man!!! What they seem to do is they're biting the hands that feed them. Bloody Hell!!!

  That is what i am told after attending that bloody waste of time wrongly accused cockup charge for not having attending IPPT when i had already cleared it and even got the incentive $$ in my account already......

  now then you know? anyway why must go and book and take ippt if you know you will fail might as well jsut wait for rt?

  its not only the $50 fine, you will have to enrol for Remedial Training as well.
  
  Because $50 is nothing to most NSman, its the RT that hurts.

  I hv been charge before for failure to attend IPPT & it cost me $50 for my 1st offence next was the RT which I have to attend also but I defaulted my RT. Luckly I gave the officer some excuse & I siam the 2nd fine..Somehow this coming November I have to go back bedok camp for my next RT.. die die can't siam the SAF
