Meanwhile back at 7SIR, Chief Fitness Specialist 1WO Muscle Chan is having a major headache - since all the specs and officers craved for beer and chicken wings so much, they had an overload of beer and chicken wings which caused them to be overweight and failing their IPPTs..
1WO Muscle Chan thinks: How on earth can I get them to pass their IPPT again? So he decides to get the MOIC, CPT (Dr) Assume Chow Keng to draft a weight loss regime for the entire 7SIR..

After being discharge from Hougang Chalet after a misunderstanding (apprantly, the doctors in Hougang Chalet had a hard time believing BG Toh's series of unfortuante events )
BG Toh return to camp, unaware of the overweight due to chicken wings issue, BG Toh call in an air-drop of 150 boxes of KFC chicken wings to celebrate his return. -
while awaiting for the air-drop, 1WO Muscle Chan fall in the soldiers at the parade square for dancing session.

MSG Tai Ger Show was demonstrating to his men of B BTY how to drive the howitzers around the carpark when he slipped and accidentally accelerated too fast.

MSG Tai, "$!#CCB!". Just as he was cursing and swearing, he saw 3SG Luan Luan Lai jogging past.

The phone rang and rang..and no one picked it up. He decided to pay the guardroom a visit, as he walked out of the office, the new AS1 2LT Keh Not Mekkit bumped into him and asked if he had a dock to borrow. The SWO laughed and said,"Come to the guardroom with me".
Upon reaching the guardroom, both SWO LazerLordz and 2LT Keh smelt lots of rotting food..and they saw 3SG See lying in his desk chair with his boots on the counter.. -

he shouted to Miss Tay to halt, put on his beret and turned out the guards.
