excelling in PES C

in army if we are in PES C..
is there a possibility we can be officer?
or maybe specialist?
cos i thought of exceling there, upgrade to pes b or something and then go sispec or ocs?
is that possible?
i oso don understand y the MO post me to PES C, really dont understand..
then in PES C, how do we upgrade?
any suggestions?

you can be a specialist even though you are pes c.. not combat though.. but technicians and the such... erm.. no chance for you to go OCS... if you want.. upgrade before you enlist because once you completed your modified bmt.. they will be relunctant to send you to OCS even after you upgrade.. I have friends like tt....

then, during modified bmt, even if we get silver/gold for ippt, the most we can get is specialist?

He leads to become Gurang Singapore Soldier! they actually choose you one lah.. see got leadership qualities or soo wat soo ever.. but usually ur Platoon Sgt or instructors ... are NSF ... i doubt them of their way of selecting..ppl.. alot of it depend on ur luck...
Me PES A.. Suffering and Dying in camp... why u want to upgrade where i see most ppl...deperately wants a downgrade rather than a upgrade...? -
I don't think it's choosen by PS or section ICs or whatever sh** they are.. coz during my BMT.. they hated me and made me the bulk of their jokes and yet I still managed to become a specialist... my bmt results were horrible.. but I think I prob did well in the IQ test during check up..
it's all about the test and your results in jc/poly.... typical of SAF....
yah.. I agree... most ppl like to downgrade one.. I seen ppl from PES A/B to E very often... and officers are not tt great one.. esp in u get posted to logistics units like me.. junior officers.. all heck care them... my advice.. get a further downgrade.. better excuse IPPT.... -
