  Hi !
  Can i ask what does an infantry or guards specialist do everyday?
  Do they have a schedule to follow ?
  what do they do on a normal day at work ?

  depends on training programme lah...
  
  EVERYONE follows the training programme mah....from men to specs to officers....that is if you in combat element in unit.

  it depends really. if you are at a unit, you will probably be spending most of the time training with the NSFs, be it during the first or second year of the mono cycle.
  
  you can always be posted to schools as instructors too. then you will spend your time instructing of course.
  
  or you may be going for courses.
  
  and as you rise in rank, you will have more responsibilities, and soon you will be spending much time in administrative matters, including managing men.
