Does a RSM has any disciplinary power over a PC in his unit?

  I do not know cause the RSM in my unit don't even touch recruits.

  depends on the area of command.

  Not too sure, but his appointment is definitely higher than a PC.The RSM is the Number 2 in the Unit during wartime conditions and he enforces the orders laid down by the CO.
  
  During peacetime, his disciplinary scope might include everyone, i.e if he needs to charge a commissioned officer for committing a serious offence, he will do so by recommending it to the PSOs in the unit, if I'm not wrong.

  there are junior and senior disciplinary officers.
  
  anyway RSM has the highest power in the parade square.

  the RSM appointment is a junior PSO in the unit. he is in charge of all disciplinary matters in the unit.
  
  in the case of commissioned officers, he will recommend the charge to the CO who will be the one to charge him

  cwo is only used in RSAF n RSN, the army still use the term 'rsm'.

  Usually RSMs will tell the OC, OC settle within coy lor No need to bring so high up to CO unless it's of urgent and serious nature.

  but if an officer gets charged, the RSM is the one who reads out the charge and give orders. the SDO usually does the rest. I don't think JDO usually charge officers (at least for my unit).
  
  but there was one time at the army pride day, a Provost WO tell a LTA this, "sir, if you do not do something, i am sorry i have to step in to control your men"
  
  this is because this LTA brought his men to see the exhibition, one of the men got ultra long hair... to the provost WO buay song. haha.

  JDO or SDO, depends on the severity of the offence...
  
  Oh well, usually it's done internally lar.
  
  If got JDO come in, usually jialut case...
  
  Appointment of JDOs are usually of OC estab, or PCs (but I think they only help), I guess u ppl know? SDOs, usually senior officers.

  Well in the first place... a PC should know how to discipline himself first lor.. before RSM can even catch him for whatever stuff... if not he is not fit to be a PC lah.

  double appointment as BMTC School 1 SSM.
  
  also instructor for commando.... this appointment i am not really sure what it is.
