but if an officer gets charged, the RSM is the one who reads out the charge and give orders. the SDO usually does the rest. I don't think JDO usually charge officers (at least for my unit).
but there was one time at the army pride day, a Provost WO tell a LTA this, "sir, if you do not do something, i am sorry i have to step in to control your men"
this is because this LTA brought his men to see the exhibition, one of the men got ultra long hair... to the provost WO buay song. haha.
