when am i enlisting???

okay, i posted this at the sticky thread but like no one read it the past 4hours.. so please read my plight.
hey guys. i'm 18 this year. taking my As in 2 weeks. enlisting for NS nxt yr.. but i still havent receive my enlistment letter! mostly all my friends have got their enlistment letters already. be it police or army.. but i still havent..
i am 1.75cm and 55kg. i got a Gold for my NAPFA this july.
i went for the medical check-up. initially, they gave me PES B. after a few weeks, they called me saying i have been referred to the national heart centre due to discrepancies in my ECG. after a few procedures, i was diagnosed with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. this syndrome could have caused the deaths of the NSmen in the recent months.

so, what would i do during my NS? i'm fit, represented my JC hockey team and then i'm diagnosed with this syndrome. someone, please enlighten me? i hope i would get my enlistment letter soon.. -
I have a friend who is physically fit but was diagnosed with this syndrome too few yrs back. It is a serious medical problem which requires you to stay out from strenous physical workout as it might lead to a cardiac arrest which will cause instant death. Most likely you will be posted to vocations where u will be exempted from any form of physical workout for example, Clerk or storeman. My friend,whom i mentioned earlier, was posted to clerk. Take good care of yourself friend and remember your health should be your main concern and most importantly listen to your body
As for the enlistment letter do not worry, you will receive it sooner or later -

I think one of my camp mates had WPW as well. He was hospitalised for Dengue on one occasion, and when he returned, he told us that he had an "extra vein" in his heart.

I'm also having this condition, and I'm PES C9L2. I'm a service medic now, serving as medical store IC..
Does your condition warrant you for a minor operation to remove the "extra vein" as iveco said? I'm going for mine in November.
And the "extra vein" is just the layman terms to explain the situation.. more like extra cardiac tissue. that's what my doc told me.
Well, besides storeman and clerk, you could also become service medic, technician, etc. even MSD..
and chances are, you may be re-boarded to downgrade. -

yeah, free medical benefits and free mc
ns is the best time to go for operations like these that you'll probably not be able to afford in your life time. not the financial costs, but the amount of time off you'll need to take. not many companies will allow you to disappear for any longer than 2 weeks. -

But you should floss and brush your teeth more frequently, as the wisdom teeth are excellent food scrap magnets. Food gets stuck in the area between the wisdom teeth and the normal teeth beside them, and this can be hard to get rid of.

Don't worry too much. Juz act blur and enjoy your remaining life as a civilian. When the time comes, it will come. So don't bother too much about your PES status/enlistment letter.Originally posted by sinicker:so... i'm done with A lvls..

do whatever you are assigned but just don't run away like another coward.

i was given a PES B initially. den they called me up. referred me to NHC and all. heart consultant said i'll most probably be downgraded. consultant wrote a note for CMPB. i handed it over to CMPB. but i've yet to get my PES status and enlistment letter till today.Originally posted by LazerLordz:Don't panic.Were you given PES D when you went for your checkup?
