This joker was a damn laolan 2LT PC in Sch 2 K coy during my BMTC days in 1999. Made the whole company fall in and march round the camp at 1am after sunday night book-in cos some idiot was walking around.

Perhaps i can give u a clear picture.
CPT Luqman is a PC at OCS Alpha. Promoted from LTA to CPT at 1 Aug 2005. He was formerly a BMT Foxtrot OC posted to OCS around May-June 2004.
The Hawk OC is LTA Melvyn Yong. He is now at OCS Foxtrot as APC. He will be promoted soon to CPT.
There's quite a number of BMT OCs serving as PCs at OCS. Such as, CPT Nur Iskandar from BMT Sch 2 now at OCS Tango. -

Sorry I couldn't reply sooner - exams are in three weeks' time.
Anyway, that's LTA (or is he now CPT?) Luqman all right.... One of the most siao-on OCs who would do route marches with monkey rams and knock down the whole company in FBO.
All that garang-ness came with a lot of welfare though. The morning after my 16km route march, he ordered the whole company to sleep in bed from 7.30am - 9.30am. He in fact ordered all the instructors to walk around and punish those who weren't sleeping.
We all happily obliged. -
