Application form found online???

i was juz surfing the net for some webby on special forces around the world to do some reading as i was quite bored..... so when i saw the singapore link, i went to check it out and i saw CDOs, NDU, SOF and some other related info... so i was going thru all of them when i came to the SOF part... and i saw the link "SOF Application Form"....
i was tinking it was prob a broken link or sumting so i clicked on it... the form LOOKED damn real and detailed and i was tinking hw did the person who started the webby get it??? isnt supposed to b restricted or sumting??? any1 saw the form online too??? or izzit realli a fake? thx... juz posting some of my thoughts... -

the only thing i can tell u that is real is the SOF logo on the application form.
