  LG(NS) Bey is from the RSAF actually.

  Basically the current COA MG Desmond will be the next CDF..
  All the past and present CDFs and basically almost all the stars are SAFOS scholars..and most of the time President Scholar..LG Ng just an exceptional one
  
  There are CDO SAFOS scholars..but I doubt they can get their star due to the CDO estab being too small?

  there used to be this rumour, back when Ng Yat Chung was still COA and Tony Tan the Defence Minister, Tony Tan even advised him to lose some weight before he got promoted to CDF.
