Sign On: Worth It? Wise? Outside No Good Job Prospect? How?

I heard that there are a few times when you can sign on as officer...when exactly are they?
coz the website offers ppl to sign on as
1) a level students who juz graduated not yet bmt
2) mid of bmt
3) after pop
4) during ocs
5) ROD
Is there any difference? what types of contracts are offered? (3 yrs, 10 yrs etc)
Do the contracts assure a certain rank by the end of it? -
if not wrong nowadays should be 10yr... best is finish bmt then sign lo since better to get a feel of life in army b4 committing...

if u are a poly or degree graduate ,
during OCS is the best time to sign on if u want -
its either as an officer or as a man
as specs is a tad complicated...middle man thingy...the 'every now and then' backstabbing by ure peers..
u shouldnt be worrying abt signing on now...just do ure best...enjoy ure ns....and make the right decision before u ord...
just concentrate on doing ure best...
i have frens who sign on in bmt...once in sispec...regret alot....so u gotta experience it as an nsf first as there is no permanent commitment...and then u make the decision.. -
