  1. Do not be selfish.
  2. Try not to fall sick, they don't like it if you fall sick. And they will make u pay. Trust me.
  3. Overcome your fear of heights.
  4. No matter how tired you are, if they say continue you die die better continue.
  5. Try to take the tekaning in a light hearted manner. Be proud of the fact that you are in the most siong unit in the SAF

  Not wanting to scare you.. but after the first year you will hate diving.. and its not blue sea, its dirty murky green water

  yup. they dun just do diving only they are also train in underwater demo, water to land assault etc....

  been thru hell rung no bell. haha
  hellweek will be the worst 5 days/120 hrs of ur life
  but when u secure from it, the experience will also be one of the best.
