School Of Signals

Hi everyone, Anyone here graduated from School of Signals at Stagmound and get your 3rd Sergeant Rank there? I need a few advice from you.
1.) Heard the course let u choose "radio" and "line"? U then learn what you wana Specialise in? Which one is more easier as i am very slow in learning and wanted to have a easy and relac signal course.
2.) How long will the course be b4 we get our 3rd Sergeant.
3.) Do we have alot of outfield training as well? like bring the signal set into the forest to chiong.
4.) How about SOC, do we have to do SOC carrying a signal Set and a SAR21?
Heard from some need, others say SOC is not in Signal's syllabus.
Man i am confused...

not from there but i know u dun get SAR21 until u go unit. noboday say line or radio anymore. Now is infosys, infocomms, trunk comms. u dun get to choose, they assign u what, then u take what. but in any case during your course will of course need to take signal set outfield. dun think u have to do SOC with signal set tho. course should be... 2 months long? or was it more like 4. can't remember.

btw, there is no so call more relac signal course hahaha.. as in there would be plenty of exercises but then there are plenty of lessons in classrooms too... so it would be a course where you gotta chiong and study at the same time. -
