look at their rank....
officer's rank is on their shoulder... from 1 bar to 3 bars, 1 crab to 3 crabs
sergeant rank is on the arms.. from 3rd sergeant to 2nd to 1st to staff to master... then warrant officer rank also on shoulders.. but no need to salute them.. -

one time i stopped an officer's car check for pass, cannot find, so i ask him park one side 1st. bloody hell, he search his whole car in the end cannot find.
if my CO and formation RSM can show pass everytime they come in why u cannot?
if it was me who catch u, bloody hell, i give u 1 x good one u will never forget. -

with rank, comes with previleages..
there are always people who pull rank and there are always people who dun..
it depends on the BOSS whether rules are fair throughout all ranks..
