  You are not under the jurisdiction of the citizen law right even outside camp, only the military law can "touch" you?

  if u are an NSF or NSmen doing SAF-related stuff, u are subject to military law.
  
  In uniform, u are subjected to military law. In camp, u are subjected to military law.

  if u do offence outside...u will be under civil punishment....once u done that punishment and go back camp...the military will mete out punishment under military law....so u get double whammy......
