Is an NS man allowed to register/own a business under the Business Registration Act in Singapore?
LazerLordz
If you're NSF, the law says no.
But just look at the law.It says you cannot be a paid director, if I recall correctly. You just can't seen to be earning that's all.The rest is up to you to figure out.

Laserlordz, any links where you can point me to? I have been researching on it, but no luck so far.

it should be alright if you channel the profits back into your own business

you can own a business. you're just not allowed to draw any pay.
You can register the company perhaps unders your father, mother or anyone you trusted. Register as a PTE LTD. You will be safe. Limited liability and you cant be sued. You are safe.
