Medical Records Leaked after ORD?

Is there any true to the rumour that your medical record will be available to your future employee after you leave the army? Or are all records kept strictly in the army? In the case of more serious illness, like depression or mental illness, what is the situation?
Second question, is there any true to the rumour that pes c9 personael onli reservist for 5 year cycle? anybody know c9 how often get called up?
lastly, like i ask before, if you are working as a performancer, and you have long hair over shoulder length, and dyed as well, will the csm excuse you in consideration of your work(for real of course)? You know ppl like huang yida, and ah du also long haired... -
eh, c9 or e9 still liable for 10 year cycle, just that they prolyl won't need you

Dude, for the hair thing, pls do call up ur unit and ask ur CSM or RSM about it. The reason is I have seen NSMan cham siong wif RSM/CSM/CO before, like they doing part-time course and have to have nights-off to go to their night school. Ur medical records shld be kept safe wif SAF only ur PES is reveal to ur employer, of course ur employer will ask u wat ur medical condition to PES grade. Most of the time, private companies are not bother about PES status. It is gov and stat boards will most likely see ur COS and ask u qns.
Nope, PES C ppl do the same reservist period as their PES A/B counterparts. The difference between units is how often they come back to do reservist. That is why u sometime hear ppl complete their reservist before the 13-year cycle. -

Like I said, some unit gets call up frequently and some do not. This creates an illusion that come PES C ppl dun get call up so often but in the end it really depends on the unit's training schedule. -

Of course! If they can't do reservist, they have to write into their unti for deferment (which means they have to do it later). Deferment is also subject to approval from the heads so it is "bo bao" one. And most ppl will not defer. Why? Because if u ORD wif a unit means u come back reservist in that unit wif all ur NS buddies. Once defer, u might be post out to another unit to do reservist.

Anyway, PES C ppl hold vocations such as clerks, Techs or armourers, etc, etc. This type of vocations also will kena reservist one and a reservist unit will not functionly properly without them also.
Even PES E ppl will kena reservist so looks like there is no escape from the army. -

Thats wat I heard too but there is no indications that they can't do reservist either. In my time, I admit, I never did see any PES E reservist coming in to do reservist.
However, according to the other forumers here, there are PES E reservist also. -

PES C not all will get call-ups, IMHO.Depends on a combination of your vocation, rank and relative requirement of your vocation in relation to other alternatives.
