Heels of Boots wear off

  Hi fellow Sgforum surfers, my combat boots heels is wearing out. It is kinda slippery when i wear it and walk. Nw... you all noe tat will affect our morale to chiong further. The prob is 1 boots cost 100+ for gortex and i prefer to wear gortex boots. but its too expensive.
  
  I like to noe is there ani shops that can sm how "mend" my boots heels to make it have "friction" again.

  the credits are there to be used .... use them lah .... don't end up buying 20 buck-knives and 50 towels on the day before you ORD

  If it's really going to affect your performance, then invest in a new pair of boots. After all, if you don't use your credits, then it's all going to waste.
  
  That's what I did after a year of using my chiong sua boots... the heels were worn out and became highly slippery. I was also still using the old leather boots then. So I took a deep breath and bought the new Gore-Tex boots.

  I got 3 pairs at home - 2 old leather types and 1 gortex.

  the problem is...... 226 credits a year. Mine jus came in fresh last month.
  
  If i buy a new goretex boots nw. I wil have half credits left. and 100 + credits cannot survive for 10 months as a trainee~~

  buy the new all leather goretex lah, it's cheaper than the regular goretex boots.
