  This scheme has been mentioned for quite some time.
  But it wasn't in place for the last few batches of BMTC people proceeding to command school and it doesn't look like it's in place now.
  
  My guess is that they will only start it when they complete the move of SISPEC to Pasir Laba, from Tekong.

  Non combat will not see sispec... they will direct entry for OCS if they non combat officer and such ...

  Aiyah..Supply Supervisor..You will end up with a 3SG rank..
  You will be a CQMS (Company Quartermaster)..for a company or HQ Coy..etc..
  3-4 month course btw..partial stay in and partial stay out..
  
  There is STILL direct OCS intake even now..So hope that ends the speculation..I do not forsee the SISPEC first, OCS next system to be coming in the near future despite all the claims/rumours..
