Seriously, I get extremely pissed whenever I see this sort of things happening. Shows an extreme lack of maturity on their part. Some may say that they only wish to be happy, but to me those girls are just being self-centred. They only care for their happiness and not for their boyfriends' feelings.
I'm quite heartened to see that artistic isn't one of those girls. Let's all hope that it stays that way.

i'm a guy but i dont really blame the girls lah. i on my part dont wanna find a stead because i know i cant be with her when she needs it the most. even if i meet up with her during the weekends, what help will it be? so might as well not start in the first place.

Anyway, guys, those who've lost their gf while in the service, don't be too sad lar.
Coz this is a test of the strength of the rship.
NS is not for 2 yrs, 24/7/365 mah, still can book out once a week to meet up. If your gf cites NS as a reason for break up, or she tempted by other guys, then I think the rship is a weak one. Her commitment is not there at all and it is not meant to last. So why ku3 ku3 hold on to it?
In any case, would like to wish artistic and her bf well but still, i don't want to jinx them.

Yeah he is big sized. but to put it this way, some men i saw at the SAF terminal were not obese type.. i guess NS used BMI thing to scale the men. which may be a little inaccurate for those pro-gym,body builders. Actually I've seen quite a different side of army guys and their girls.. Even though I am from Obese batch, yar we are huge guys, however, many of their girlfriends are with them since like end of sec sch?
I heard no stories of breakups during my BMT and at unit life. Perhaps different job nature, that's why. But I won't deny some of the are rich... filthy rich. -
