haha if everyone can chose to reject what vocation ,then how,who is going to do those jobs that nobody wanted lol,hhaa if can chose last time i also chose don't serve NS loh then by now i will be working instead of still studying hahaa.

Just take it like a man and do your job, soldier.
Whining will take you nowhere. Other people have to walk while you can happily drive. And you can proudly tell everyone, 'Hey, I drive a tank!' and everyone will go 'wahhhh.....' . I know tank maintenance is a real pain in the a*s*s, but hey, every vocation has its pros and cons.
Sheesh man... what is it going to take? A built in DVD player and TV in your tank? Air conditioning, a mini-bar and a personal butler? Or would you like your tank be replaced with a Mercedes instead?
Stop your antics and do your job, kiddo. -
If you ain't injured or physically at threat by driving a tank, I don't see any need for sympathy based on a mere dislike.
You may not like it now, but I'm sure you will think differently after ORD. -
Driving a tank is not as bad as it you think. Ok, there are some "not-so-good" experiences like terrain driving in Kangarooland, maintenance (pain in arse), LRI, etc. But, look at the bright side, the tank is yours throughout your NSF. It will be your first "wife" (your rifle will be your mistress ). You don't have to do any more flankings like the riflemen do. Don't always think about the negative. NSF is already a time wasting event, why not make full use of it to learn something which you will not learn in society?

How many people get to drive a tank or are rated with a crapload of weapons?If you hang around the military enthusiasts community online more often, you will share many experiences about tank driving, and maybe your perspective might change. -
ask yourself, how many people in Singapore knows how to drive a tank?
it's about time these people come out of their comfort zone and look up to the challenges. don't like this don't like that, this is not your father's camp, mind u. -
