where do recruits go in time of war ?

  i thought of this because i just pop-ed and it left me wondering for a while where would recruits go at different stages of training such as
  
  before passing TH
  
  before field camp
  
  before range
  
  before HG throw

  no la .. they haven't turn ops yet .. so they continue their training as normal.

  what abt freshly enlisted? not even gone thru field camp or even adjusted to army life(possibly something that wouldnt exist in times of war ? )

  They will carry on training, probably at accelerated rate and posted out to their respective units to replace attrition losses.

  soldiers from operational units and NSman will chiong 1st. don't say recruit, even a lao jiao CPL but not in operational units might not even be require to chiong.

  I figure that it would likely they will turn it to some sort of an infantry brigade headed by the commander bmtc, who is currently a colonel
  
  of course there maybe crash course in rifle training and all the stuff, without all the 5BX and other physcial training

  I doubt they will stay in camp if the war intensified, i.e. if the enemy breaks through some predetermined line.
  
  It is the same logic with conc. sites .. you leave camp and find somewhere to dig in, hopefully unknown to the enemy.

  Procedures normally in war:
  
  1). Operationally units +1-5 yrs ICT units chiong first. (behind enemy lines/forward defence area)
  2). 5-10yrs ICT units take the main defence area (reserves)
  3). Those still in BMT/ACT/SISPEC/OCS, trade courses, WILL NOT be activated. But they continue to receive training, until they turn OPS.
  4). On point 3). cuz most experienced instructors will be called out to fight the war or act as experts on battle/armor/explosives, etc issues, so lower ranked or just passed out SISPEC/OCS will take over to train these recruits or noobs.
  5). On point 3). Once SISPEC/OCS or trade course finish, they will top up those damaged units in terms of manpower.
  6). Worse case scenarios, national call of manpower, including women on support, etc.
  
  7). When up to point 2) occurs, i think you dun bother to check green man, you can immediately pack ur full-back/SBO and get ready to go back unit liao. Real THIS time of cuz. (rem to say bye to ur loved ones, )

  Should be put in rapid course training and be ready to go to the front line as replacements. Kind of reminds me that episode in Band of Brothers. Sadly, they don't get treated that well there, but I think times have changed.
