  COL Lo Yong Poo retired as of 1 July 2004.
  
  He did not take up the DXO offer usually given to retiring officers.

  Maybe a consultant to some security provider?Remember that he served in Afghanistan with the UN once, and I'm thinking that these fellow have links with all the special ops community around the world.
