If they can throw away their rank they can throw away their equipment. BTW I don't think you can tell the rank by the equipment they are holding. before SAR21 was introduced, the 6 men in a section (excluding sect comd) will carry M203s, SAWs and M16s. One of the M16s will be outfitted with scope. He kills off his buddy one by one and you can't decide . -

If anyone of u noticed, both SPF n SCDF personnel are now known as Officers by the public regardless of rank. As for the SAF, since when do the public are encouraged to respect n recognise saf TROOPS?
