Been a MOPA (medical officer personal assistant) in medical ctr since my NS, basically a runner/helper for the MO(doctor).
SAF medical documents are all computerise nowadays, the medical officer (MO) when viewing the profile of the white horse patient, theres a logo of a white horse if the guy is a white horse. (really no joke, a white horse standing on 2 legs)
if the MO see it, he will treat him with care with no tagan, confirm MC, no scolding ect....
I actually see a guy with 2 white horse logo , son of dun know which minister.
So I believe beside their medical documents, all their relative document should have a white horse logo in it. If lee's grandson go in, confirm 3 white horse logo......
Life is unfair!!!!!!!!!
Who really believed that minster word that White Horse identification is so that the superiors will not give special treatment, but is already scrapped?

its not really the problem of the system. But perhaps our culture. Why would the regular risk their rice bowl offending the whitehorse even if he is justify to do so?
