  BMT instructors? I think they should be downgraded to be riflemen...I certainly wouldn't trust them to run a section.

  not necessary, there's are lots of PES A, B RPs.
  
  Mostly those that got into RP vocation are usually PRs, fail driver course, storeman PES upgrade etc.
