Seniors in SAF seem to think new intake batches are too pampered OR the parents complain too much.
I am not surprised.
Given so many incidents such as the dunking case, cardiac arrest and so many more. Why cant parents not be paranoid?Even after various cases, doesnt SAF learn its lesson and not commit the same mistake again? If the SAF seniors detest parent's feedback then improve the safety standards.
Simple. Because no matter how much you try to improve the safety standards, there will always be idiots who break them.
Take for example the most recent case of the drowning. No medic on standby, no buddy system, life vest not working, medical center not informed.... It was the ultimate safety c*ck-up. Ultimately, the onus is on the people on the ground to do things right.
