overgraft requires energy mainly frm ur biceps, other muscles dat assist r trapezius, deltoids, latisimus dorsi, rhomboids, triceps...
undergraft requires most frm biceps. the rest r very very little.
dis is due to the biomechanics of the movement of the arms...
