No one can force you to travel overseas if you have applied for overseas leave.
Can always say hotel room fully booked liao.. -

To recall you back on leave i think need CO to cancel your leave.
My CSM say the only ppl empowered to cancel your leave is, CO, S1, yourself.
But so far the people on leave kena recall i heard is for real emergency cases...
