How about threads on directives clerk, admin clerk & training clerk i find them also ke lian as one mistake in the typing can land them in DB especially for army which i dunno why they got this kind of unproductive practise...

Guards normal lah. Go OCS or SISPEC for commanders and then go for respective conversion courses.
The men for guards are mostly mono. Ando i not sure. -
