Maybe i can be of help...i use to have foot rot too but not the very sever case...its very itchy and very irritating...you can try to soak ur feet in water with vinegar added to it...the acidic nature of the solution will kill the fungus which will go deep into ur foot...the anti-fungal cream only touch the surface so its only a temporary measure...hope i am of help to all the bros out there...

Yeah, tried n true, the vinegar method works miracles. But its best used in conjunction with the miconazole cream. As in as after u do ur vinegar treatment, wash ur feet really well, wash off all the vinegar den apply the cream.

Now outside market got sell those toes socks. Why not SAF also manufacture those type? More hygience lehz!

sometimes its due to the fact u dont air ure boots or socks....
sometimes its due to the fact u dont wash ure feet properly...
sometimes its due to the fact that u dont change ure socks everyday...
some people get it easier than others....
sometimes ppl have foot rot and treat their feet onli....the germ is still in their boots and once they resume boot-wearing.....they get the footrot back.. -

one of the functions of the socks, which are deliberately thick, is to protect the feet and the legs. -

I tink SAF boots design is not very good - air cannot flow in easily -
Bookout that time buy lor. No basin to soak use ur helmet lor! lol!
If there's a will there's a way lar... Whether u want anot.
The vinegar & water method works. Dun soak in pure vinegar tho.. the acid harms ur skin also...
I never tried swabbing the footrot with vinegar.. somehow i think its a bit more err xin. And u might forget to wash ur feet ... oh the smell. -

When you not wearing shoe, put powder also to keep it dry.
However if you have fungus already on feet, putting powder will not cure it fast. Go to buy those feet anti-bact cream, every day bath, wipe dry and rub cream all over feet, 1 week will cure it . -
