AHM also compulsory must take part. Must try to get ippt gold and pass SOC with 9.30 Mins. As she declare 3rd sig or 3 div gets 3 years consecutively best unit and 2 years consecutively best support unit (Correct me if im wrong,, when she toks i m alreadi fallin aslp....)
So stress listen to her tok. Die liao. And the UIP i am in it. Its 4 or 5 weeks and may b shorter according to wat she saes. Aniwan being thru tat programme care to share ur experience??? Thankx a million.
Btw wads ADF, 20SA, SIR, SAB, SIB all those acronyms. I realli noobie in all this units stuffs as i am new.

Tiger run although its onli 16KM no big deal, but heard we have to go up and down more then 10 "Noors" sry if i spell wrongly. I mean those small hills.
since tats the case, if cant be classified under "no big deal" -

I'm one of the lucky PES A guys with 8-5 vocations
Tot i was going to SISPEC or OCS, in the end got a Auto Tech 'B' vocation
(BTW, I'm IPPT Silver and passed my SOC, got along quite well wif my platoon mates and commanders...)
After BMT, went to OETI (Ayer Rajah Camp) for 3 mths course... ( STAY OUT LO...!! 8-5)
After my course went to 9DSMB...

he was a PES A 8-5 vocation also mechanic.... then he happy like fark.
then few months later, because of manpower shortage in another unit they need to get PES A/B personnel.
my friend kena posted out then got a combat vocation.

11 weeks training in School of Provost. training will be more or less on military law, some section movement, unarmed combat... this is wat i heard from a fren who recently posted to SAFPU

+ - 10 weeks of MP training... Military law, unarmed combat(very useless actually) P226 training, GPMG, Cage building. Finished up training with Moonlight Marshal exercise, a 3 day outfield exercise in Tekong usually.
After which ... POP!!! Then posting to the following sub-units(companies) in SAFPU. They are .... APC, ZPC, SIB, SB, DB, SOP and HQ. Some people may get external postings to Gombak or airbases/ naval bases.
After the posting, U will have training at the company u posted to cos every company have their own scope of work. If I were u.... NSF right?? Try to remain in SOP as an instructor or go HQ. But it all depends actually. -
When are u going in for ur Spec course? One word of advice... Unless u remain in SOP as a Spec... if posted to other companies, dun be yaya papaya cos you are 3Sgt.. most companies, men and Sgts have not much differences in work load. 3Sgts mainly for ICs purposes only. Especially in APC if Im not wrong, where the man are important to daily operations. But things may be different now... Cheers!

Yeah... SAFPU pretty easy life for NSF.... even more easy for the lazy damn regulars(Not all are lazy though, only 80%)
DB, once you are old bird life will be better...but management still pretty bad. SB another shit place for NSF... lousey management and stupid 'regulars'
ZPC depending on whos the CSM, but last I know of, the OC is quite down-to-earth and bothers to clean up, do shit job with men... why I noe? Cos being a Captain, Hes the only regular to step out and helped clear up mess after some shit cohesion day. Only after he stood out to help, then did the other Regular specs came and wayang....
APC .... MEN RULES... Just be normal and dun be a problem to managment, nothing much will go wrong. Initial training abit tiring... but managable.
SOP - remain there either be instructor if ya a spec, if men then either be armo ic or clerk or Media resource. Not bad place too... but heard slightly different now.
SIB - Depending on whom you are under... can be good can be bad..
HQ - same as above... -
Oh yes... forgot.. dun ever be tempted by non-uniform coys.... doesnt mean non-uniform means better and easy life... TRUST ME.
If really wana try non-uniform life in SAFPU, go for the lower level one... AVOID the higher level one.. Im serious. -
