  Go become MP la... relax ur nsf life in provost... be men and relac one corner.
  
  To prevent blisters for road march.... wear 2 layers of socks.. but of cos it would be hot... , tie the boots tight...dun leave too much slack.
  The easiest way to avoid blisters... DUN GO FOR ROAD MARCH.. They always treaten and say that need to redo road march after POP, Bullshit... just call back dos and say u have MC on the day suppose to do road march... They more happy.. less one person to take care of.

  there was once i suffered blisters during a fast march, but during the march my feet were already so warm that i didnt feel any pain. but the aftermath was ugly...
  
  but luckily that was like one of the rare times when i suffered blisters. mostly that didnt occur to me.
