One of the most ridiculous things about the army is this: "If u feel ur sergeant punish u unfairly, do the punishment first, then approach him personally and talk about it." WTF? If the sergeant wants to shame me infront of the company (example), why should i quietly go and find him? An eye for an eye i always say. sometimes these specs dont realise without us men, they are redundant -

No, actually, I think it totally depends upon the person. If he is the snobbish kind, then having an "A Level" certificate just gives them another thing to boast about. But I can safely say that most of them are really not snobs. -

1. Carrying the mattresses and pillows running up and down the bunk building.
2. Change parade in the parade square where you remove everything except your undies and wear your uniform back in one minute.
3. Toilet duties in the field where you are assigned to be the one issuing toilet paper and looking at people shitting in the field.
4. Holding your rifle overhead and walk in circles while waiting for your turn at the firing range.
5. Eat your meal in the parade square with no shade.
Beyond rational:
1. Have your bed and ali-baba bag thrown down from 6th floor.
2. Stuff all your PEs into your ali-baba bag and sleep in the toilet.
3. Help your whole platoon wash socks.
4. Sleep in the parade square with just your pillow and blanket.
Me had experienced these, do they count?
