Infernal Affairs in BMTC.

Any of you guys during your BMT remember if your section mate or platoon mate will act weird during the BMT?
My RSM last time gathered us to give us a talk about not ill-treating recruits.
He said, "you all better don't do illegal punishment ah, you never know one of your recruit is a MSD James Bond, he approached by MSD before his enlistment and trained there and posted to BMTC as a spy."
"so don't anyhow play with fathers mothers' son, treat them like your brother, you imagine yourself if your brother die, who play PS2 with you."
I wonder if his James Bond theory is true. -

i heard before this one regarding spies sneaking into camp and 'kills' the CO, the CO will then walk around the camp holding this sign saying "i'm dead".

Im not sure abt the BMTC one. Cos the "ill-treatment" of recruits is not really classified under "Military Security." So why should MSD get involved in these investigations?
As for the CO walking around getting killed one... well lets say its possible that MSD would like to test camp's security once in a while. -

I nearly got into an argument with a MSD COL who demanded to be let in.I told him firmly that regardless of whatever pass he was holding, he has to let me see it, I will take his name down in a book before he goes in.
Furthermore,I informed my DO too. -

Blue Pass, SIS pass (whatever SIS means), also free to enter.
MSD, SIB and Provost, must seek clearance..

But afaik, even if COL, LTC or BG coming to visit a camp, they just by courtesy will email the RSM in charge of the guard room. -

Those I've met who are on normal visit, they book in in the special book without fuss.
It doesn't take much to stop and get out to register right?

that's absolutely the right thing to do ... people often get intimidated by rank and loud voices, especially in an organization like the army, with a subservient culture ... to give you and idea how risky that is, go google about the exploits of kevin mitnick, he's well known as a "hacker" before that word was cool ... but most of the time, he cracks security by simply bluffing his way through physically ... "social engineering" is the jargon phrase ... a la the movie "catch me if you can" ...

But I don't know if a fresh LCP might have dared to stop the guy at the gate and ask him to book in.At that time, I was near ORD, couldn't be intimidated that easily.
Having worked with crabs for a long time after BMT, it's different than another chap who has only interacted with LTAs and CPTs.There is a sense of fear and not wanting to offend the chap. -

the only people i ever let them book in without changing pass are SWO Gunga and BG Eric Tan, among others.

I remember my unit last time dunno which blur c*ck GD CMDR go and allow a banglah old man in cuz he wearing a SAF uniform with Warrant officer rank, like RSM. Later that guy was caught and sent to Woodbridge.
