an officer can has a tattoo, a specialist can has a tattoo, a MO can has a tattoo, even regulars can have tattoo. does that answer your question?

only vocation tt dun allow tattoo is provost and RP.
RP special case, if artistic tattoo, den ok. if related to SS, den no way -
BMT sergeants also have tattoo... when BMT is is considered "front line" unit. haha
But you will actually notice ppl with and without tattoo will be separated.
I got one whole platoon of non-smokers and no tatoos. The entire company, all the tattoos are in the same platoon.
Dunno if it is just coincidence or "prearranged" -
