what's the IPPT passing rate?
let me see.. by experience.... this time of the year the pass rate is... 55-65% for the PTP people.
90-95% for the non-PTP ppl. -

some people either from secruity branch or his bodyguards were checking our rifles to see whether we removed our bolt carriers so that we cannot shoot him ...
