  make sure all guards has their ID tag, FAD, 11B and a working flashlight.
  
  ask them whether they are feeling well, i do have guards who turn up not feeling well and vomitted in the toilet and those excuse standing for long hours (let it they chao keng or whatever).
  
  in cases like this, quickly activate for the standby guards or if this cannot be done for whatever reasons, at least schedule him for light duties.
