  If you think Jeff is bad as a OC, you should see him as an OCS instructor. He has toned down for the last few BMT batches due to the CO's advice. One of his PC's who ORDed in march was a friend of mine in OCS. Poor guy left OCS with Jeff and became Jeff's PC.

  They send CDO officers to OCS as trainers now ? thats something new ..I have seen Guards and CDO Wing Comds and more Guards OCS instructors but rarely infact non CDO officers back in OCS.times have changed i guess..

  Ohhh ok.....yea i heard he toned down after a talk with the CO.Heck i heard a sgt got charged a few batches ago for mis-treatment of recruits.
  
  But he's been nice the past few days. Like yesterday he came back frm course and was really nice heck he went "Wah the pass one week i was gone and i see some of u have slimmed down. Must have been training hard right? Good that's what i want too see!"

  A few batches back quite alot got charged for ill treatment. I was doing an event recce mid last year and met the poor Ninja coy suffering outfield in Tekong under Jeff. I waved hello then left the place. If you are in Ninja now, its a pale comparison to when Jeff took over.
