I am sure this is not the final product, i have seen pics of the earlier designs those even have wires around. I am sure the people from DSTA and DSO will improve on this. Maybe next time not so much of fire-movement and more of urban warfare otherwise with all the gadgets how to leopard crwl without losing or breaking something?

well if gadetry is so effective y dun US give their mrines the OICW during the iraq war? y still stick to the old and trustworthy M16 and M4A1? nothing beats the raw deal la....tts y i still prefer the M16 than the SAR21...which is just a copy of the steyr Aug

The M16 is FAR from trustworthy. the flak jacket does have a modular system to attach pouches and different configurations ie SAW gunner has to affix a drum mag pouch onto the flak jacket. in the field during reservist ... all the CO, OC, officers, etc all use mobile phone, even though poor signaller have to wayang carry the sets ... this one is 1G up i support ... if talking tech ... all things should become smaller
