What the best u ever get for SBJ?

  Mine is 243cm. Worst is 188cm when i first enlisted!

  SBJ is my favourite station. during my sec sch days, i jump 270cm before. now old liao, maybe 238 to 243, depending on form.

  My record is exceed 270cm mark but did not reach 280cm.

  My best was when I also sprained one of my lower back muscle. Happened during 1st ICT ! Was taught by a friend how to stretch in the middle of the jump to gain that extra distance (haha backfired )..... Somehow over stretched my back...Terrible pain and so stiff. What's more, after the IPPT had to deploy on exercise almost immediately. That night, had to sleep in a 3 tonner hard floor with a terrible backache. In the early morning, it was cold and wet , all the muscles in the body was tensed up because of the cold, and that experience was terrible.
