You run and run like the wind, the moment you slow down, you will soon find the head light on your bum and run for your life again. 1/2 the company over run by the rover ! my team and a few other teams out run it.
However course commander not happy that we can even outrun his landrover, think that since we are so good in running, those teams that outrun this landrover spend the next 2hr after the whole exercise running up and down the hill, for being too fast.

Actually, out of curiousity, there are sometimes when I feel super fit. I don't know how to achieve that status, but ocassaionally (like a few times a year), I could run non-stop and at a fast pace without struggling for breathe... It's weird... Got once I finished a 2 hour soccer training sessions, and while my friends went home, I go jog 8 rounds on the track and the timing is less than 10 mins. Really weird, the question is, do you guys also have such "peak" times ocassionally too?
