How do I know when do I POP? I'm having a 9 weeks BMT, going into army, april 7.
By 9 weeks do they mean 63 days or 9 weeks (i.e I'll POP on the same day as I book in?) -
After they make you walk 24 kilometres, stand in the hot sun for a few hours after the walk, and make you throw your jockey cap high in the air all in the same day. You know you've POPed.

I thought its the week u enlist is count at 1st week, so if u enlisted on 7 apr, which is a friday, its still count as 1st week, cos its between 3rd apr to 9 apr. so ur pop week sld be between 29 may to 4 jun. u will have 1 week leave, which is deduct from ur 1st yr leave balance. out os army for 1 yr plus le, forget liao.Originally posted by ilse:So it should be the same day as i book in right?

i'm asking because i have driving test.. and i'm afraid it may clash or something.. im not that pop-enthu.. really.

How could you not be pop-enthu? Tell me who in the world other than you is not pop-enthu? It just doesn't make sense.

Driving test more important, I don't get a class 3 from POP.
