Getting $100 but not Progress package?

again i find it ridiculous that only 'adults' get it
so those nsfs under 21 dont 'progress' ? yet we are trained to kill ?
i cant help but link irony of the 21 age to NS training. it cant be more explicit. -
cant really compare.
some get as high as 2600.
but there are criteria to meet. -
if without age limit, so u mean to say 1, 2 years old babies also must get progress package lah ah?

i'm wondering. those PES E people, after serving 2 years of NS straight away ROD type, they get $100 only right? instead of $400 which are for people who ROD after going through their reservist cycle.

The 40th Anniversary NS Bonus will be given only to NSFs and NSmen who are Singapore citizens. This is in line with the Progress Package and past surplus sharing exercises.
