  ME got it during my ict ... used to apply garment job they also dun want to see ...so what the point .. i really dun know

  Actually it could be of reference for your employer, at least for me when me applied for my current job.
  
  Me got a Letter of Commendation during my Fulltime NS for outstanding service and contribution and another Letter of Commendation during my year 2001 ICT for the Bilateral Exercise with the US Marines for distinguished performance and service, along with a US Medalion from the US General.
