  you can call up to ask if u are not sure, short list as guide:-
  1.) No.4 (duh...)
  2.) PT kit (inclusive of ur PT shoes)
  How many u must bring depends on urself and ur ICT period.
  3.) Beret (for parade)
  4.) Jockey cap
  
  Depnding on ur vocation and ur ICT nature:-
  3.) SBO
  4.) Helmet
  5.) Full-pack
  
  standard
  6.) toiletries
  7.) slippers
  
  Then the others I dun need to list liao right, u also know the "by left" theory.
