  Is it true that they seperate those with maximum o levels cert with those from JC/poly???

  in most cases....
  
  O level or under goes mono-intake or BMTC (Non-leasdership) BMT. This applies for PES A & B.
  
  Pes C and others are mixed and go to BMTC.
  
  But for those who dropped out of Poly/JC, they will still go BMTC (Leadership) BMT.
  
  There are rare cases where JC/Poly will go mono-intake for enlistment. This is to make up for shortfall.
