How to immigrate when u still have NS liablity?

  I like to know if a reservist had not completed his NS liability but want to migrate, what is the best method to avoid NS esp if he migrated to faraway country like

  once u give up ur citizenship here, i guess u have no ns liability already...

  if you have exit permit (which you will require to migrate), then you will not be called up for NS reservist training already.
  
  They will grant you exit permit if you have PR of another country.

  I dun quite understand what the issue is? What has NS liability got to do with immigration? If you've migrated, as in gave up Sg citizenship, then you have no liabilities left.
  
  If you mean you are going overseas to live, as in you have PR there, then just apply for an exit permit. Or don't if you do not intend to return.

  I completed my full time NS already but only my ten year reservist liablity.

  No, you will just re apply exit permit.
  
  Now they are quite relaxed... don't really ask for documentation.
