can higher allowance increase efficiency?

  since high salary can prevent corruption in government. so can higher allowance increase efficiency? to motivate our NSF?

  dont know la. SAF sucks. all NSF so inefficient. sibeh du lan when you hav estuff to do.

  yes, that's a better idea, like rewarding offs.
  
  cos increasing one's allowance is pointless. we will just take it for granted. furthermore if a person is screwed up, give him more money he is also screwed up.

  yeah man, reward offs is the best way to increase NSF efficiency.
  
  used to be a clerk before became a tech, had to do all the graphics for presentations and stuff. if do well, remainder of the day off, then next day no need come that kind. that period damn good life.

  When i was still an NSF,not really interested in offs,cause it is unpredictable,even given ,may be taken away and subjected to approval by superior.
  On the other hand,if the allowances is much higher,for instance able to follow the market rate of the education level of the NSF as well as performances should be much better loh,cause money make the world goes round,and a chinese saying "you qian neng shi gui dui mo"(money can given bribe the ghosts away)So for me,if the allowances is gd,i am more willing to work hard.
  i think most NSFs will just perform on average,not too hardworking as more work will be given,and not too lousy as punishment might be given loh.

  actually, the best way to increase efficiency is not by increasing allowance. Having the commanders saying a simple 'thank you for your help', 'appreciate it', 'well done, keep it up' or a pat on the back will do nicely to praise one's hard work.
  
  sadly, seldom see commanders doing that.
