  FMW is like a centralised workshop.Whether you stay in or not, depends on your workshop's level of activity.
  
  From my past experience, KTSC has a lot of work to do, and the EMMIS work handled by central Helpdesk, mainly came from your side.However, there's no more EMMIS.So I'm not too sure..
  
  Normally A/O personnel may stay out, but please ask your Workshop Warrant or FMM(Fleet Maint. Manager) to be sure.

  Yes, technicians were not centralised. I did paperwork for factory level "B' veh repair before, that's why I dealt with KTSC.. and last time, their techs were posted individually to the BNs.
  
  Now, the whole thing is under one roof, but whether FMW shoots you chaps out again to the BN, I'm not too sure.
  
  KTSC is a separate unit from the Arty BNs.That's all I can say.
