Because we grow fat, so some part can still be worn but not the other,or they fold their smart 4 very low, dunno like what.

actually before a ICT, they will have already informed u of the exact date months before. upon knowing the ICT date, u should stop dying your hair already, by the time your ICT comes, black hair will more or less replace the dyed hair already. just go for a haricut to make it presentable.

Our physique also change along with the time due to our civilian commitments...

but when we do work, we do swee swee....last time my battery kena wash toilet, wash until the RSM cannot believe his eyes...
he never saw the same toilet so clean before...haha
because we really use the water hose and wash the whole place...
